Transportation

ADA transportation

Lextran is Lexington's public transportation system, and its fleet is 100% lift or ramp equipped. Lextran Wheels is an application-based, shared-ride, door-to-door public transportation service for people with disabilities. Call (859) 233-3433 or visit the Lextran Wheels website for eligibility and scheduling information.

If you have additional ADA transportation questions or suggestions, contact VisitLEX at lexingtonky@visitlex.com or (859) 233-7299.

Dining

Food restrictions and allergies

We do our best to offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free food options. Buffet menu labels will clearly identify ingredients and available accommodations. For plated meals, including the awards gala, please include your food restrictions and specific allergies on your registration form.

Communication

Hearing

If you require reasonable accommodations related to hearing or have questions about the event, please email registrations@setc.org.

Private space

Family and lactation areas

Private spaces near convention activities will be designated for family care and lactation.

Recharge

Quiet Lounge

Step away from the busy conference atmosphere in the Quiet Lounge, a room designed to be free of smells, sounds, and visual stimuli. Visit the lounge during posted times for an opportunity to sit in silence.

Communication

Vision

If you require reasonable accommodations related to vision or have questions about the event, please email registrations@setc.org.

Non-visible disabilities

Hidden Disabilities Awareness

Lexington partners with Hidden Disabilities Sunflower to increase education, awareness, and support for people living with non-visible disabilities. Stop by the main registration desk onsite if you would like a Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyard. To reserve a lanyard in advance, email registrations@setc.org.

Additional requests

Additional accommodations

If you require an additional reasonable accommodation that is not already being provided or listed above, SETC is pleased to provide such accommodation with written notice. Email requests to registrations@setc.org.
